Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation
The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation’s workplace solutions department replaced and consolidated the agency’s three headquarters leases that expired in December 2018. To support the consolidation and relocation, the Akima team was responsible for developing and implementing workplace information technology and audio-visual requirements, procuring all furniture, fixtures and equipment, and managing the entire relocation process.

U.S. Navy
We provided initial outfitting services for the 14,400-square foot clinic that provides occupational health and industrial hygiene services to more than 8,000 employees of the Philadelphia Navy Yard and Naval Support Activity. Our services included project management, interior design, medical equipment and transition planning, relocation, and quality control management. During the installation process, which only lasted five days, there was no disruption to patient care.
