Flight Operations and Training Services

Pinnacle provides a full range of domestic and international flight operations and training services for manned and unmanned aircraft. For manned aircraft, our certified instructors and simulator technicians support training for over 5,500 students each year. For unmanned aircraft we currently employ instructors and support personnel that provide training for over 2,500 students each year in nine different academic programs. We provide instructor pilots, instrument examiners, platforms instructors, and simulator instructors. Our experience includes:

Training Content Development

Pinnacle has an exceptional understanding of virtual training systems design, development, integration, testing, and fielding for both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Our team of instructional designer, 3D graphic artists and animators, multimedia experts, and software developers will successfully deliver the following types of products in support of Rotary Wing, Fixed Wing, Unmanned Aerial Systems, and Ground Vehicles.

Our products support all end-user requirements to include overview, operator, maintainer, system, subsystem, regulatory, and theory of operation training. Pinnacle’s training content development team provides accelerated development capability without dependence on Original Equipment Manufacturer data. Our virtual training provides cost-effective solutions that maximize training effectiveness.

Technical Publication

Pinnacle provides a full range of logistics and total package fielding, including the development of interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMS) and logistics support analysis records (LSAR) based on specified MIL STDs. Pinnacle’s Integrated Product Support (IPS) team understands our customers’ missions and comprises multiple veteran aviation platform maintainers. We have provided technical data development, sustainment and logistics engineering, and analysis solutions to our customers since 2010. Our accomplishments include:

  • 25,000 maintenance and 4,400 Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) data modules
  • Over 20 sets of flight manuals consisting of operator’s manuals, checklists, and maintenance test flight manuals
  • Efforts span 38 projects in support of four aviation platforms and associated supplemental equipment

Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)

Pinnacle provides Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Contractor Operations and Maintenance Services (COMS) supporting a wide range of domestic and international aviation programs for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Primary services, as well as those necessary to support predominantly OCONUS programs, include but are not limited to:

C4ISR Training

Pinnacle provides training services supporting C4ISR including desktop trainers and simulator mod kits for SATCOM ARC-231 devices. Additionally, Pinnacle provides UAS information technology and network support for training the Shadow aircraft and training of radio communication procedures as well as configuration of system radios for flight operations and communications relay for both the Shadow and Gray Eagle aircraft.

Simulation Programs

Pinnacle has a highly qualified systems, hardware, and software engineering team to provide low-risk solutions for the modification, development, and/or production of motion and non-motion training devices for multiple weapons systems. We have repeatedly demonstrated our exceptional understanding of training systems design, development, integration, testing, and fielding on a wide variety of programs.
